I am so inspired by some of these simple chalkboard painting ideas. I just love the old globes that were painted with chalkboard paint. Letting those little imaginations run wild. You can find chalkboard paint at almost all paint shops now and then even have it available in spray paint. Famille Summerbelle
Some great things from Famille Summerbelle. A fabulous little French company that creates banners, maps, wallpaper, fabric and so much more. I love these items: the mushroom and owl paper garland, the pink hand cut map of Paris, and this whimsical family tree.

Not your typical Saturday
I was completely in awe when I saw this photo of the knitted bus...come on? How crazy crafty! And it only took a week to complete. And I am wondering why I cannot finish the pink scarf I started knitting a year ago? The Knitta Please crew travels around the world, stitching up everything from street signs or popular landmarks to an entire bus. You can read the entire article about there crew here. Maybe they could swing by my house and finish my scarf!

Paumes Books
Okay, so I have been dying to order the Paumes books, the problem is there are so many to choose from. The amount of inspiration looks endless from London and Paris Kitchens to studio spaces and kids rooms...These books are all written in Japanese but you can now get them in the US (still written in Japanese, fyi).

My friend from college, Danielle, posted her new drapes on her blog. Love them! Dani is a mom of three and creator of Daninotes, a stationery company out of Charleston, SC. She creates the sweetest images that are available through her etsy shop. Check them out!
